Quarterly Homeowner Meetings
NWCC homeowner meetings are held quarterly in January, April, July, and October. Meeting dates, times, locations, and agendas are provided to homeowners prior to each meeting.
Homeowners are encouraged to attend and participate. A quorum of at least 5% of the community, or 17 homeowners, is required to conduct official association business.
