NWCC Deed Restrictions & ByLaws
We meet quarterly in January, April, July and October.  Meeting times, locations and agendas are published in the NWCC Newsletter sent to homeowners a few weeks before each meeting.  Meeting minutes for the last 3 years are posted on this website.  Newsletters include the agenda for the next meeting and minutes from the last meeting.

​Meetings are held at 7:30 p.m. in the Nottingham Park Meeting Room at 926 Country Place Dr. (See map) 

Please attend​ meetings to make your voice heard.  We need at least 15 homeowners to make a quorum. 
Quarterly Homeowner Meetings
The annual NWCC assessment is payable in two installments, January and July.   Fees are due by January 1 and July 1.  Fees unpaid by January 31 or July 31 will incur late fees and interest.  Homeowners will receive a statement from Crest Management at least 30 days prior to each due date.

The original assessment for 2017 was $620.88 per lot, payable on two installments, has been revised to $680 starting Jan 2018, however and based in community vote, held on May 13th 2017, to maintain private trash collection. As a result of the vote, the second assessment of 2017 covering period July-Dec 2017 will be increase $30 to $340.00 to cover the additional trash cost for July-Dec 2017 period.  

The second installment for 2017 is $340.00 and  payments may be mailed to:

Realtors and home builders in need of a Certificate of Clear Title ($150 fee), or homeowners in need of proof of paid dues ($75 fee) should also contact Crest Management 
Annual Assessments
NWCC Deed Restrictions mandate that the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) review and approve all exterior changes to the front or sides of your home or landscaping.  The ACC is also responsible for approving new construction.  Paint color, roofing materials, driveway reconstruction and major landscape changes are examples of the kind of changes that should always be approved by the ACC. If it can be seen from the street, it needs approval! Please forward details of your changes to nwcc@earthlink.net for approval.
For homeowner concerns that fall outside of NWCC jurisdiction, such as loud neighbors, stray animals, trash/debris or odors coming from behind property fences, rodents, water/drainage problems, please use the City of Houston's 3-1-1 system.
