NWCC Deed Restrictions mandate that the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) review and approve all exterior changes to the front or sides of your home or landscaping. The ACC is also responsible for approving new construction. Paint color, roofing materials, driveway reconstruction and major landscape changes are examples of the kind of changes that should always be approved by the ACC. If it can be seen from the street, it needs approval! Please forward details of your changes to firstname.lastname@example.org for approval. For homeowner concerns that fall outside of NWCC jurisdiction, such as loud neighbors, stray animals, trash/debris or odors coming from behind property fences, rodents, water/drainage problems, please use the City of Houston's 3-1-1 system.
