Park Pavilion Reservations
NWCC members may reserve the park pavilion for private gatherings during regular park hours. Homeowners hosting an event are responsible for leaving the pavilion and surrounding areas clean and disposing of all trash at the conclusion of their event.
To reserve the pavilion, a completed Park Pavilion Reservation Form must be submitted to NWCC at least 14 calendar days prior to the requested event date.
Park & Pool
Nottingham West Park
Nottingham West Park offers residents a welcoming outdoor space featuring picnic tables, benches, grills, landscaped areas, and climbing and play structures. The park is open daily and closes at dusk. Smoking and alcoholic beverages are not permitted. Dogs must remain leashed at all times, and pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
Nottingham West Pool
Pool Hours
The Nottingham West community pool is open annually from March 1 through November 30 for the enjoyment of NWCC residents. The pool is closed every Monday for cleaning, except Memorial Day and Labor Day. Homeowners must have their pool key to access the pool during non-lifeguard and lifeguard hours. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Pool Access Key
To obtain a pool access key, homeowners must complete and submit the required Release and Waiver of Liability to NottinghamWestCivicClub@gmail.com.
A $100 refundable key deposit is also required. The deposit may be paid by check, payable to Nottingham West Civic Club, or online through the Beacon Residential Management Resident Portal. Beacon Residential Management can assist homeowners who wish to make the deposit online.
Once the completed waiver and deposit have been received, an NWCC Board Member will contact the homeowner to arrange delivery of the pool key.
Private Pool Parties
NWCC homeowners may host private parties at the pool during regular operating hours on days when the pool is open. Homeowners hosting a pool party are responsible for leaving the pool area clean and disposing of all trash at the conclusion of the event.
A completed Private Pool Party Request Form must be submitted to NWCC at least 14 calendar days prior to the requested event date.
