NWCC Neighborhood Information
Refer to NWCC Governance for information on annual assessments, our quarterly Civic Club (HOA) meetings, bylaws, deed restrictions and compliance and the Architectural Controls Committee (ACC).
Effective July 2018, WCA has taken over VF Waste Services for community trash collection and recycling services
Regular household waste is picked up on Tuesday and Friday, beginning at 7:00 a.m. Recycling and heavy trash are collected on Friday only. Garbage can capacity must be less than 50 gallons and weigh less than 45
lbs when placed at curbside. Please don't leave trash in bags on the curb overnight as this encourages rodents, raccoons and possums.
Grass clippings do not need to be in
biodegradable bags. Tree/shrub branches must be bundled for pickup and cut to 4' lengths.
Recycling is picked up on Friday and each household has one recycling containger. WCA (formerly VF Waste Services) has provided a list of approved items for recycling.
Contact WCA at 281-368-8397 or 281-953-1473 to schedule heavy oversized pickups or to inquiry about additional recycling containers.
NWCC has contracted with the Precinct 5 Constable's office to patrol our neighborhood. The dispatch number is 281-463-6666. Always dial 9-1-1 in an emergency.
Please contact them at 281-463-6666 to report any suspicious behavior or to share a security concern. The constable recommends that you list Precinct 5 as the first contact on your home security system as they are able to respond faster than the Houston Police Department.
Set up a vacation watch when you plan to be out of town. Schedule an in-home security audit that may qualify you for a homeowner's insurance discount!
