in our neighborhood.

During the summer months, the Architectural Control Committee
picks Winner of Yard of the Month .
Deed Restrictions
The Nottingham West Civic Club has deed
agreements that describe the proper use and occupancy of
homes in the neighborhood with the intent of promoting an attractive
subdivision for each homeowner.
